Belgian foreign minister shocked at UN when asked to kill

Belgian foreign minister Yves Leterme was shocked at United Nations general meeting when asked to kill people.

In an interview that he gave to the Belgian edition of the French magazine Paris Match, minister of foreign affairs Yves Leterme told that he was approached by a foreign leader at the United Nations general meeting in New York.
The foreign leader asked him if he was prepared to stop, yes even kill people.
Minister Yves Leterme was shocked but refuses to give any names nor details.
