According to WHO on April 2009, H1N1 was identified as a natural virus, but Medimmune got a patent for a manmade H1N1 virus in 2008.

Guy 2009-11-07 15:38:51 This is how profit hungry sick these people are...think about it..now that live virus is an acceptable part of vaccines, wouldnt it be most profitable to patent the virus that al the vaccine manufacturers will be demanding for an active ingredient for their vaccines? In addition, please scroll down on the same page to read this..... The following link is the most important. It shows that the original application was filed in 08/28/2007. Start off from here http://portal.uspto.gov/external/portal/pair and when you get to the search page make sure "application number" is checked off and in the search field put in the application number of: 60/966,724 When it opens the page click on the tab "Image File Wrapper" then select "Specifications" and go to page "13" of the specifications. Here you will see the virus references to the viruses as noted above and it did so on "08/28/07" long before the virus was promoted as a "New and Deadly Strain" morphed out of a pig farm in Mexico.
