On Wednesday, I sent the Korneuburg state prosecutor Christian Pawle an email asking to see the files on his investigation into Baxter's contamination of 72 kilos of seasonal flu vaccine material with the live bird flu virus to assess what the basis for his decision to drop the case against Baxter was.

A memeber of the Korneuburg prosecutor's office told me on the phone on Wednesday it was possible, in principle, to see the files.

I asked for a reply by the end of Wednesday about whether I could see the files, but have so far received no information.

Questions that need to be answered include:

- how could 72 kilos of seasonal flu vaccine material be contaminated with the live bird flu virus when strict biosafety level 3 precuations are in place at Baxter's lab in Orth an der Donau close to Korneuburg that require the bird flu virus to be keep in siolation at all times in a separate lab etc?

- what was the exact sequence of events that led to the accidental contamination of the material as Baxter maintains?

- what records has Baxter maintained of the incident? Are the records complete?

- why did Baxter have the bird flu virus in its facilities in Orth an der Donau in the first place when it is a production and research facility not connected with the bird flu?

- what type of bird flu virus was it? Was it genetically engineered?

- why did WHO give Baxter the viru`s?

- how come the vaccine material with the live bird flu virus left the facilities without being properly radiated?

- how come it was sent under a false label to 16 labs in Austria, Germany, Slovakia and the Czech Republic via Avir in Vienna?

- how come Avir and a Czech lab, BioTest, have said the end purpose of the material was for use in regular flu vaccines when Baxter maintains it was research material?

- why was the contaminated vaccine material returned to Baxter?

- what has happened to the contaminated vaccine material?

The Austrian Court System... Well said Anonym 2009-11-14 20:58:36 I HAVE BEEN ASKING MYSELF THE SAME THING. I ALWAYS UNDERSTOOD THAT PSYCHOPATHOLOGY WAS BORN, NOT MADE, CERTAINLY NOT CONTAGIOUS. However, morality and ethics have been on a slippery slope for decades. Money has become the golden calf of our collective undoing. Greed unchecked and unregulated has seeped into every crack and crevice of government, which is, after all just made up of those theoretically democratically elected from among the rest of us. However, if what I now understand is true, then the motive for genocide here is purely economic. This is an ice flow policy to avoid the costs of keeping society running, to avoid further funding of pension plans and other democratic burdens on politicians who apparently, no matter how much they raise taxes, and no matter how much they try to tell us that breathing is pollution, are too busy lining their own pockets to leave enough taxes paid by the billions intact for pension plans, medical care, etc. Also we have not been responsible for our own health so we are burdensome to the system by not being proactive in prevention of disease. However, this leads right back to living too long and too healthily and becoming a burden on the pension plans. Decades ago, the government calculated that they were ahead of the game because one paid into pension all one's life and then lived approximately 2.25 years after retirement. Then came the baby boomers, those who knew how to love well and long. NO ONE should EVER have counted on the government for a pension, let alone to look out for their health. It is we, the people, who have expected government to be our parental figures. And now they in turn have become like Grimms fairy tale evil step parents, devising how to get rid of us as ongoing burdens. No one offered to step up to the plate and become infertile or to not have children, or to off themselves at 65. So now those we elect are collectively doing this. I do NOT endorse this as ethical, make no mistake. In fact, watch DEMOGRAPHIC WINTER on Google vide and you will see that even overpopulation is largely mythical. Only cities are overcrowded. Meanwhile vast tracts of rural area are empty. All of the world population could fit into one or two of the larger states in the US. Do politicians know or want to know this? Maybe not. HOWEVER, OBVIOUSLY THEY ARE NOT OFFERING TO BE ON THEIR OWN DEATH LISTS, ARE THEY? This mean they must have what they assume to be insider knowledge of who dies and who lives and what system will take the place of \democracy after they dismantle it. As for the TRULY elite?
